How do I use newly Downloaded Fonts (Noto Sans which supports Devanagari characters in my case) in idempiere 10?

I have installed it in my jasper studio and it is working fine. I have also installed it in my Production Server. But the Preview show blank texts. Before the 8.2 version, I used a fragment containing the font (*.jar) and was working fine displaying Devanagari Characters

as well. But in version 10 the fragment is not working. It shows an error message: ** java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/logging/LogFactory

maybe the jasper should be upgraded to the next version
