Book(s) initiative?

Hi community, Gustavo, one of the community member from Colombia, posted this link in spanish forums:

And proposed if iDempiere can conduct a similar initiative.

I like the idea and I also would like to propose to check with all of you (considering there are three books on amazon related to *dempiere) which books and which table of contents would you like to see published.

Do you think we can open a brainstorm on a wiki page (or somewhere else) to construct a list of books and table of contents that community would like to have published?

Somebody wants to lead this initiative?

Hi Carlos,

I think it is a very good idea.  Documentation is the area we are quite lagging currently. But i think we should have a stable release beforehand? It is pretty hard to have a relevant documentation on moving target :)

I am surely want to take part in this initiative but probably under others' lead. Quite occupied already with development works.

The target is not moving since we are on freeze for the stabilization of the release  :-)
