We are excited to announce that the Call for Proposals for iDempiere Conference 2026 is now open! Whether you are a developer, implementer, consultant, or end user - we want to hear from you.
This year, the conference features three distinct tracks:
🛠️ Conference Days - Deep dives into development, architecture, integrations, plugins, DevOps, and everything under the hood.
👥 End User Day (new!) - A dedicated day for business users, managers, and decision-makers focused on real-world usage, success stories, new features, and the value iDempiere brings to organizations.
🌐 Workshop Days - Project governance, roadmap discussions, and community initiatives.
Who Should Apply?
We welcome proposals from anyone in the iDempiere ecosystem, including:
Developers and technical contributors
Implementers and consultants
End users and business managers
Trainers and educators
First-time speakers - we especially encourage you to apply!

⏳ Submission Deadline: June 30th, 2026
📋 Review Period: Up to July 30th
✅ Speaker Notifications: Proposals are reviewed on a rolling basis - the sooner you submit, the better your chances! Speakers will be notified as soon as their proposal is reviewed. Limited spots available.
🎤 Conference Days: September 14–19, 2026
