Generate ALL Commissions

Good morning everyone. 

I'm taking into consideration the commissions. I do not understand one thing: in window "Commission", the generation of commissions shall be made for each individual sales representative? There is a procedure that allows me to do the math to ALL of the sales representatives of the client?
