Idempiere12 facing Application rebooting during work

Hello Community,

I am facing an issue with iDempiere version 12 where the application unexpectedly reboots, even during active work sessions. 

In System configurator i have set session timeout 86,400 second.     

getting following 2 type of issues.  

Has anyone else experienced this or could suggest steps to diagnose the issue?

Hello Shyamal, we have observed this behavior in different instances, all running v12. Some use nginx, others apache2, and some don’t have any proxy at all. It even happens occasionally when running on Eclipse, localhost. Both Firefox and Chrome are affected.

We used the browser’s developer tools to investigate and noticed that some requests to /webui/zkau/comet fail due to timeout, while others are responded to… when there are 3 consecutive timeouts, the user gets logged out.

We have already made adjustments (unsuccessfully) to the Jetty configurations (as we did with similar issues in the past), but without success. We still haven’t identified what is causing this. If we find the root cause, I’ll update this thread.

This still happenin, is there any good news about this problem? i'm about Releae our Trunk to iDempiere 12, but in the UAT time user keep telling me iDempiere restarting app.

Hi Avia,
I had same problem recently with idempiere 12, using nginx.
I finally reviewed my nginx cinfiguration for my server using Wiki from Carlos Ruiz

Also having CORS problems for idempiere rest, when using from angular app.
I am using Letsencrypt certificates.
I will share attached  my nginx configuration for one of my domains.
