How to install iDempiere @ web server

How can i install iDempiere @ web Server

You need shell access as a user to your server and access to a postgres
database. The idempiere server will take quite some resources running
the java application server. You can't do that with a cheap web-only
php/perl web provider.

At the end I am sure you want a server with root access. I know of
providers from 15,- �/month up for virtual servers with root access.

I need the steps i have the server , but all time i deploy java project war file , but at iDempiere there  is no war file 

so what can i do
