Return of money on customer return. The chain of documents

Only one a small question:

i need to return money to customer 

I created and posted retutn then i try to create payment on What document?   Is it another one invoice for customer return? Which is type?

What documents do I need to to enter to reflect return of money on customer return?

Hi, you create in this order:
Customer RMA > Customer Return > Invoice (Customer) *Select RMA as target doc > Payment
