Idempiere Eclipse Configuration Issue

Dear Community,
I am configuring idempiere 4.1 code in eclipse luna 4.4.2 . I am getting the following error while installing buckminster4.4 

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=epp.package.jee, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
No repository found containing: osgi.bundle,org.eclipse.ecf,3.8.0.v20170104-0657
No repository found containing: osgi.bundle,org.eclipse.ecf.filetransfer,5.0.0.v20160817-1024
No repository found containing: osgi.bundle,org.eclipse.ecf.identity,3.8.0.v20161203-2153

you are using incorrect repository for buck-minster I think.

I want to install it in eclipse luna because my partner repository is in eclipse luna
