Field show ID <1000000> not the value of reference (table direct, search)

Hello,

I've just migrated adempiere 3.6 to idempiere development branch, I've 1 custom documents table + window, which has referecne for AD_Org_ID and C_Bpartner_ID.

This window works fine for a while, but after 1-2 hour it doesn't show value of from referenced tables. <100rec_ID> is showed, but not for all rows but on 99%. cache reset sovle the problem for next hours.

there is nothing special in logs.

Where can be the problem? Any solution?

Hi Ladislav, we have identified the solution to this ticket as the problem:

We're having problems to find the exact steps to reproduce - seems like
random issue and that makes it hard to solve it.

Please if somebody can find steps to reproduce.

Hello Carlos,
after 3 days of testing and cleaning log, rebuilting and run release (no custom plugins just som callouts), the problem stil is there.
(patches from 2672 was applied, but we don't think it is the problem in our case )
We've about 60 organizations, 1 user in all, 1 role with user acces org, 1 client,
the problem happens when just 1-5 users logged in.
the only errors what now is in logs is like

when the server run to trouble, users are not able to create new record --> the fields are RO, the default organization is not loaded to field. (@#AD_Org_ID).
sometime it happens just when thej going to level 2 tab to create new record. (bpartner location for example)  closing tabs and cache reset solve the problem for a while..

the next detection is, that can be some language problem because when i switch between  slovak and english language, the slovak is not working, but the english is OK.In the picture is Role window, and you can see ORG Access tab is show the organization name, but in slovak there is just space - no refresh is working on field.  slovak language works for a while the it breaks. But when I change language to english it is ok, back to slovak and its still broken

at this moment bug is NOT visible on demo.idempiere.org.
What we have realized during testing, that after 2 hours iDempiere cache expires  and if Admin logins, cache gets correct values.

I've made a simple test, opened up all orgs, create TEST20 organization, at the save on tam OrgInfo immediatly shows up <1000020>.

after I go to Roles -> GW Admin, chceck orgaccess and the TEST20 Ogr name missing there..

It's not final solution, but reverting the IDEMPIERE-2672 modifications (attached patch) the issue stoped.

We are trying to find the exact cause of the problem too...

Hello, thank you I was looking on 2672, but this patch is not there.  the first tests was passed, Im goint to put this to release, and let known next veek.

Thanks Murilo, unfortunately reverting is not an option in my case because 2672 solves a security issue.

I'll try to follow steps reported in JIRA, if reproducible can be solved.
