Email to Business Partner after Payment Completion

Hi,

We want to use Workflow Functionality to send an email to Business Partner Contact after Completing the Payment Document. We have the following configuration:

Windows Server
iDempiere 8.2
Workflow Node is added to Payment Workflow, see the attachment
Email Accounts are added to Business Partner Contacts.

The system doesn't send emails to Business Partner's Contact after Completing The Payment Document. However, if we give a Specific Email ID on Workflow Node in "EMail Address" field, the system sends an email to that specific ID.

Does iDempiere only send emails to the Workflow Email ID only after Completing the documents or it can send to Business Partner Contacts as well? Please guide. Thank you

Hi Muhammad,

you can implement the desired function using our beluga serverprint plugin. It can be used from within a workflow and it is able to send to the current bpartners user. We have used it with invoices and shipments upto now, but I'm sure it should do it with payments, too.
