Define the Client Level BPartner and Products and release to Organizations?

I'am facing a challange on a multi organization design.

I have 3 organizations say A, B & C. I have to create the BPartners in Client Level(*) and according to the requirement(when the Organization is dealing with that product), I need to release the BPartners in to each Organizations.

I cannot define the Partners in * Only because, their Credit Limit, Sales Rep and other few features are very different in every organization. The same case is with product. Few products are 'Manufacturing' type in one organization and the same product is 'Sales' type in another organization(sister trading company).
