initial build failed Idempiere 10

org.idempiere.p2.targetplatform doesn't fix project errors, mvn verify command works fine, however mvn validate fails on org.idempiere.p2, indicating problems with org.idempiere:org.idempiere.zk.extra:jar:10.0 .0-SNAPSHOT

I use java 11, maven 3.8.8 and different versions of eclipse in which I have tried and the same thing happens in all of them, any ideas to solve it?

I just had same trouble. I was bothered 3days.
but I was fix nothing .
All I just tried "mvn verify" on several times in a row
then succeeded.
It was just yesterday.

try run mvn clean and then mvn verify again. sometimes you need several times to make it success.

if needed, try to clone again with new folder and verify.

Try to connect to a vpn server in england or germany... Most dependencies failures are solved this way
