Role-Based Login Functionality in iDempiere

I am new to iDempiere and have a question regarding the login mechanism for roles within the system.

Is there a way to implement a secondary login process for each role? Specifically, I am looking for a method where users first log in with their company credentials and then log in again with their role-specific credentials. The main concern is to enhance security by ensuring that roles with high permissions are not as easily accessible as roles with fewer permissions.

I appreciate any guidance or suggestions you can provide on this matter.
