Deploy or Install plugins on server

Hello All,

I have installed jenkins following this wiki http://wiki.idempiere.org/en/Developing_Plug-Ins_-_Continous_Integration_with_Jenkins

I have build my workspace and all the jars are generated under <<jenkins-workspace>>/buckminster.output/org.adempiere.server_2.0.0-eclipse.feature/site.p2

Now I am not able to figure out how can i install plugins to server using automated process.

Also for custom plugins too i have created new workspace and followed its steps from the wiki. How can i install custom plugins to server using automated process from jenkins.
