Idempiere Workflow Tutorial

Hi dear all

I am a starter to idempiere.
I successfully compile from the source and deploy it, but i can't understand the workflow, all document are clear but where is the starting point, how a workflow instance launch, is there a tutorial or document that describe idempiere workflow basics?

It is covering from a developer approach as this is an Open Source project and not a product for commercial use without consulting support.
