confirm about remove org.adempiere.payment.processor

I on the way to do the job "move idempiere build to maven tycho"

I saw some very old library, maybe outdate and cant' work anymore on org.adempiere.payment.processor.

but i don't use it so can't sure.

so i write here to confirm anyone use it? (jpayment, payflow, Verisign)

if not i prefer to get rid of org.adempiere.payment.processor (and relative feature, plugin)

I believe these should be plugins (not in the core). 2 cents.
