MRole.updateAccessRecords insert active records based on deactivated objects

Hi,

Not sure if I found a bug or a feature.

MRole.updateAccessRecords inserts active records in *Access table even if the object (window, process, ...) is deactivated.

I see 2 options :
 - #1 : change the sql so the IsActive column of the *_Access record will have same value as window/process/....
 - #2 : change the sql to insert only active objects

I would vote for #2
