Hg not visible external JAR file

Hello.

In v3.1 in file .hgignore exist next lines: 

^[^/]+/lib/.*\.jar$

^[^/]+/.*\.jar$

^[^/]+/WEB-INF/lib/.*\.jar$

Line is "^[^/]+/.*\.jar$" not allow commit JAR file to my repository.

External JAR file exist in org.myplugin/extlib/external.jar

Please tell me how to fix it.

I have no problem with cloning.

I want to add a new JAR file to my plug-in and do commit.
