How select a vendor doing a RFQ ?

Hello, I'm trying to insert a new RFQ but when I arrive to select the business partner (Vendor) I can only see on related list Customers and Users.... It's a bit confusing to me....
How can it happens...? Where is my mistake ?

Hi,

did you check, whether 'is customer' is selected?
