Translation at Client level - Example DocType

Hi,

I'm not able to understand how to manage translation at client level.

My goal is to have "a method" to import  "THE MASTER"  inside the same instance on different Clients 

My experience:

Import translation zip  the first time in the window "Translation Import / Export", within about Gardenworld and I view my translations correctly (Same Record_ID of the xml file ;-) ) but when I create new clients I can't see the translation (in my case of the C_DocType_Trl) as in GardenWord, both after a Syncronize Terminology, that imported again the translation in the new Client. Why can't I see the translation of the Doctype in clients after the first? 

I'm not also able to migrate from a client using the UUID as there is only 1 UUID in the system and Doctype are as many as client/tenant .

so i'm wondering about the solution..
