Wrong tooltip at Tab title in particular case

Hi, all.

I found wrong tooltip at Tab title in particular case.

How to reproduce(Ver7.1 latest):

Step1: select a record that is over 30 characters at tab.

Step2: next ,select a record that is less 30 characters at tab.

I think this is easy bug.

May I create JIRA ticket?
