Which Payroll plugin?

 Live  HR
 Libero HR
 Idempiere HR
 Human-talent-plugin
 and please suggest ...


Which plugin have most features and will be continued to be maintained and supported, to be used or chosen for implementation  ?

Also out of the above which plugins are considered to be  deprecated and should not be used?

Any body can give some strategic guideline regarding which payroll plugin should be chosen  for development  which guarantee the future maintenance and support ?

Thanks .. one reason why am raising these questions is becuase  .. am sure that in future there will be many who will come up with same question
