Build Idempiere in Windows 7 64 bits ?

I have Eclipse Kepler and I am downloading sources with mercurialeclipse pliug-in, I want to know if I can build Idempiere from sources in win 7 64.

Do I need Eclipse 32bit and java 32 bits ?

Do I need Java SDK or JRE is enough ? 

Everything (eclipse, java) has to be 32 bits ?

Use the JDK with your OS Arch
and also for Eclipse
