Hello World!
Big Warehouses always have a Telephone, Fax (atleast in developing countries), Email (in both world), a Contact/User who is responsible of the up-keeping and maintenance of day to day activities inside warehouse usually called the Store-Keeper or Store-In-Charge or else Warehouse Manager. He should have a Mobile No for Contact and an email address
The whole point is should IDempiere official db seed (specifically core M_Warehouse table) should have the additional columns listed below?
1) Phone
2) Phone2
3) Fax
4) Contact/User (AD_User_ID)
5) EMail
6) TaxID

IMMO, it's a table like M_WarehouseInfo as you wish.
