Error Reload Target platform iDempiere-210426 in eclipse

Hello,

After setting the target platform idempiere and the build went alright, in run configurations I was able to  run" install.app " and "server.product" from "Eclipse Application" successfully, which lead me to navigate to address http://localhost:8080/

But every time i close eclipse and launch it again  trying navigate to the address, it gives me this message error that i screen bellow .

Any suggestions to solve the problem?
