Invoice Stuck in CreateFrom Lines Material receipt

My step to produce this is: 
  1. create purchase order 
    1. insert 1st orderline with product
    2. insert 2nd orderline with charge
    3. complete document
  2. create invoice (vendor) 
    1. select "create lines from' 
    2. select purchase order number 1
  3. create Material Receipt Document
    1. click "create from lines" button
    2. fill invoice, select all
    3. complete document
  4. create new Material Receipt document
    1. click "create from lines" button
    2. invoice number 2 is still exist in selection
Is this an expected result or bug?
is there any correct answer to do this?

Sounds like a bug.

You can create a JIRA ticket reporting it.
