Performance Improvements
- IDEMPIERE-6975 InfoPanel: Select All freezes the UI with paged result sets
Bug fixes
- IDEMPIERE-6983 Oracle issue - cannot create attachments in UUID based tables
- IDEMPIERE-6988 Import CSV master+detail failing to insert detail
- IDEMPIERE-6990 Silent failure on Incremental2PackActivator
- IDEMPIERE-6991 Table Index 2Pack non-dictionary processing dictionary entries

REST

Development Improvements
- - fix launchers for r14
Functional Improvements
- Add DisplayType.TimestampWithTimeZone with millisecond support (DAD-259)
- IDEMPIERE-6610: Add outbound and inbound webhook support (Standard Webhooks)
Performance Improvements
- Add streaming support to ModelHelper (DAD-259)
Bug fixes
- DisplayType.DateTime is hardcoded to return UTC timestamp
Technical Improvements
- Use status 400 for field validation errors (DAD-379)
