New compiled 8.2 becomes slow

I change 2 parameters con generate invoice (manual) to set complete to prepare

Compile usiing mvn

Then update a running 8.2 with the new 8.2, is asked to SyncDB.

After tha becames slow,

myEnvironment.sh set Xms2048M Xmx2048M, but still slow, is there some parameter I have to change before compiling to void slow down the system?
