Posting Error (DR not created: DocLine=[1000004,M_Product_ID=1000002,Qty=1,Amt=0.0]

Hello Team,

Am pretty new to Idempiere. I am trying to do Material receipt for an asset but  i get the following error;

"Posting Error (DR not created: DocLine=[1000004,M_Product_ID=1000002,Qty=1,Amt=0.0]) - .Doc_InOut (MMR - DocumentNo=1000002, DateAcct=2017-09-06, Amount=0.0, Sta=E - PeriodOpen=true, Balanced=true, Schema=KenyanSchema"

I am using three Schema's in the organization so that i can be able to report in defferen currencies. I can see the Schema with the error is not the primary schema.

I request your assistance to guide me where i can look to resolve this.

HI Ouma,

"Amt=0" means amount zero . Check Puchase order value and try again ( it seems the order is not created )

Thanks for your response. I have checked here and the PO has values. Kindly advise where else i can check.

Addition information;

This is an asset am receiving in the past. i created;

1. Asset group

2. Product group linked to asset group

3. Asset

4. Product linked to Asset

5. Created Price list, linked on Vendor and product

6. Used Product in PO and used price list i created in the PO

Thanks Marco,

those guiding links have really helped, i was able to resolve the issue by following step by step the guidance notes and recreate everything. When matching the invoice i get error 1000002: Grand Total=3000.0 (#1)  - QueryMoreThanOneRecordsFound.

Note- i had raised and invoice with similar details before and reversed it, am not sure if that is why it is causing this but th invoice number am using now is different but other details are the same

Please guide me where i can check

QueryMoreThanOneRecordsFound doesn't sound very good :-(

could please recreate on the demo site of idempiere and write info about doc and step of what you did ?
