Can't create new account on the iDempiere org page (http://wiki.idempiere.org/en/Main_Page). Got an error message.

Could anyone help me to create an new account at the iDempiere's http://wiki.idempiere.org/en/Main_Page ? I want to search and get an iDempiere’s security patch.
Current error message is as follows. After a "I am not a robot" check. I received on my firefox or google chrome on windows10 pc.

[00ccb69c18b616ac470d9070] /w-en/index.php?title=Special:CreateAccount&returnto=Main+Page MWException from line 3990 of /home/idempiere/mediawiki-1.27.1/includes/user/User.php: User::addToDatabase: hit a key conflict attempting to insert user 'hummingbird' row, but it was not present in select!
i found someone resolved the error in https://groups.google.com/forum/m/#!msg/idempiere/9G6cn-YqJhk/cpCc2VUeDAAJ , but no information how he/she did. thanks.

This morning I tried and faced the same error, now tried again and it
worked.

Now I tried again and succeded to loged in to iDempiere ORG page.
This mulfunction has been completed.
