Unable to complete PO & Material Receipt

Hi there!
I'm unable to complete the document of Purchase Order & Material Receipt. I checked logs and got this error:

Hi Faraz,

1. What is the version you are using? Are you using Installer or running directly from Eclipse? 

2. Completing the PO and Material receipts is a very stable function in iDempiere. Did you change/modify any Node on these document workflows?
