New plugin "HTML Viewer"

Good day.

I want present for community my plugin. He was developed for company www.palichmos.ru

Plugin name: HTML Viewer

Description: This plugin adding new field with type "HTML Viewer". This field allow show HTML valid text in field.

Editing field this type possibly through HTML Editor.

Use case: 

 - Show status document in color and big font size

 - Show warning in document

 - Show image in document

 - etc

Tested on: 3.1, 4.1

Small instruction with images

Step 1. Create new column and select type "HTML Viewer"

Step 2. Open window with new field and right click on field name. Select "Editor"

Step 3. Use HTML editor or plain text for input html text

Step 4. Click OK and view result
