Hi everyone
I want to send a notification every time someone creates a payment fo admin role, for example, how can I do it with a workflow process, and is there any other solutions?
thanks in advance

Hello Aziz,

You could create an event handler and have it create broadcast notifications, according to each document status.

Hi Aziz,
re: " I want to send a notification every time someone creates a payment fo admin role, for example, how can I do it with a workflow process, and is there any other solutions?

This is an "other solution" that does not require any system changes. It does not "send" a notification but directly displays the number of records requiring action in the user's Home screen.
In the window "Document Status Indicator" define a record linked to the Payment table and the Role and with the required filtering.  Presumably the admin role person needs to do something to the Payment which will set some flag or status. The flag/status can be used in the filter to exclude records already processed.  Anyone logging in with the Admin Role will see a notification on their home  screen (with your preferred description) showing the number of records requiring their action. Clicking on the 'number of records' field will will open the Payment window and return those records needing action.

Different Document Status Indicators can be set up for different Roles or Users, for example one could be set up for warehouse staff showing purchase orders which should cause a delivery to the warehouse in the next N days .. or for AR staff showing which sales invoices had been created but not completed. For Roles with limited interaction with the system a small number of Document Status Indicators can effectively become the user's menu.

regards
steven

Thank you Steven
But I want a live solution at the time of the creation of document.
With document status the user have to refresh the dashboard to get fresh data.

Good point...  I think we had a modified version that did not immediately populate the Document Status Indicator so it dd not slow down login .. and I think it could auto-refresh...
