Issues with RFQs and RFQ Responses

I have an issue when creating an RFQ Response.

First, I create an RFQ and add a single line with its corresponding quantity. Then, I go to the RFQ Response window, create the header, and add a response line. The problem occurs when I reach the Quantity field.

The drop-down list displays multiple quantity options, when it should only show the quantity defined in the RFQ that I am responding to.

To provide more context, the RFQ I created contains only one line for Oak Tree. However, the Quantity drop-down is also showing quantities from another RFQ included in the GardenWorld demo data. That demo RFQ has two lines with quantities Each_50 and Each_100, and those values appear in the list even though they belong to a different RFQ.

I am using the GardenWorld sample data with iDempiere version 12.0.0.202412280707 for these tests.

Am I doing something wrong, or could this be a bug?
