Range Date report parameter

Hi All,

I got stuck while customizing the adempiere reports using Jasper. I want Date Range Parameter in which 

• If I pass Date1 and Date2 than accordingly we need to filter data.
  
• If I Pass Date1 then for that date only records should be display.

But as per adempiere/jasper functionality if we pass date2 as blank it will take some default date automatically. Please advise.

I also tried with 2 different date parameter though problem is same. I need to pass blank/null date to jasper report from idempiere.

Hello Hardik, an option to solve your problem could be creating a condition in Jasper Parameter (Date2):

    IF Date2 (comming from IDempiere) IS NULL THEN apply to Date2 the value of Date1.

Thanks mzuniga, 

But idempiere itselft send the current date to jasper when we put a blank or null date in Date2. We never get Date2 as null in jasper report.
