Payment Selection (Manual) Bugs

Dear All,
In Payment Selection (Manual), i dunno to call it as bug or not. This bug still happen eventhough we already upgrade the version from 7.1 to 12. The Bug is like this, if we have more than 50 record, let's say 80 record.
But when we try to Click Select All CheckBox, only 50 Record got selected. But after i scroll down the record, then i clik again Select All CheckBox. All the 80 Record got selected.
It can be shown in Data Status on Below of GridTable.
