Schedule start button is missing

Hello Community,

I am trying Scheduler in Test Environment (*TEST* iDempiere), I think there should be a button to run the scheduler but it is missing.

There is no button to run a scheduler.

The button allows to schedule / un-schedule it.

There is a "Run Now" button on the idempiereMonitor page.
