Need Sample Database with Lots of Sample Data

I have a new installation of iDempiere and I am getting familiar with the system using GardenWorld but the data is very limited.
Its a little difficult to completely understand the relationships between business partners and customers / contacts specifically.
Is there a DB with more sample data.
It would be nice to see some sample data related to projects.
Any help would be appreciated!

I am evolving a plugin to use simple Excel data sheets to populate iDempiere as a single zip file. Here are some examples http://red1.org/adempiere/viewtopic.php?f=45&t=1838. They can be used to change data instantly too.

One option may be to add this process .. and perhaps extend.
