Housekeeping Database - Delete AD_Issue?

I refer to http://wiki.idempiere.org/en/Housekeeping there is some talk about AD_Issue table which gets too big after a long time but in the https://idempiere.atlassian.net/browse/IDEMPIERE-1509 there is no reference to it. Is it OK to do 'Delete From AD_Issue;' ?
Did any user died after doing that?

Hi,

Sometimes, i execute DELETE FROM AD_Issue WHERE Created < '01/01/15', in order to keep only recent issues.
And i think all users are still alive :)

Hi Red1,

It's safe to delete that table. If you don't want to use AD_Issue at all, I used to putting this line in login function in my modelValidator

Env.getCtx().put("org.compiere.util.CLogErrorBuffer.issueError", false);

Hi Mohamad,

Yes, of course, it is safe and necessary if you want to keep a light database. But you lost the history of change. Then, you can try to exclude some columns or tables and keep the most important data.
