Assistance Required for Alert Processor in Dual Server Setup

Dear Community ,

In our iDempiere setup, we currently have two application servers connected to the same database, with HAProxy configured for load balancing.

We need to ensure that the Alert Processor runs on only one of the servers to avoid duplicate alert processing. Could you please advise on the best way to configure this setup so that only a single server handles the Alert Processor?

You can do that, on Window Schedule on field "Run Only on IP"

Thanks, that worked. We needed to provide the Private IP and then perform a server restart on both servers for the changes to take effect.
