Idempiere is Slow

Hi dear team 
I have a question for iDempiere experts. For one of our clients using iDempiere, the system sometimes becomes slow. How can we identify the cause of the slowness or monitor the server to diagnose performance issues?
So is there any tools or methods to check the health of the server or determine exactly the class or the code causing the problem?

The iDempiere server is deployed as a container on AWS ECS, while the PostgreSQL database runs on Amazon RDS. AWS handles compute orchestration, scaling, and availability; no self-managed servers are involved.
