Remuneration - Window ID 353

Hi everyone, thanks for the comments and help earlier. I wanted to ask a new question related to this Window:

Does this actually work, or why does it exist? I haven’t really seen it anywhere in the menu.

  I understand that this exists at the core level, but why isn’t it included in the menu? I tried looking for references, and I basically interpret it as some kind of “unfinished work,” right?
