Scroll Bar on MiniTable

Hello guys, 
i have a question on how to display a scroll bar on a MiniTable,
i've made my own custom server process that uses a mini table,
the first time i run it, the scroll bar works perfectly, but after i made a minor change the scroll bar won't appear

can anyone tell me the method that set the function for the scroll bar??
