Chosen Multiple Selection Search requires double‑click unless using the “Search” (three dots) dialog

On a field of type Chosen Multiple Selection Search, selecting a value directly from the dropdown (without opening the “Search” dialog) does not set the value. I need to click the same option twice for it to be added, or use the Search (three dots) dialog where a single click works.

 I've tried:

• Clear cache & model re-load
• Different browsers / incognito
• Checked browser console & server logs (no errors)

Is this a known issue with the Chosen Multiple Selection Search / WSearchEditor component? or Any parameter/config to enable single‑click behavior?

What is the iDempiere version ? Can you re-produce that at https://test.idempiere.org/webui/index.zul ?

I’ve tried to reproduce exactly what I did on my system, and on version 13 there is no bug or problem like I got on version 8.2.
The multiple search field works very well in v13 (I tested it by adding a test code field – multiple search – in the Test menu).

i use iDempiere ver. 8.2, it's the first time i see the ver13.. looks really cool, but I’m not sure if the behavior I reported is specific to my version, since I haven’t tried it yet on 13.
