Upgrade idempeire 4.1 to idempiere 8.2

Hello, 

Pardon me if this is not the room where I can ask.

I tried to upgrade idempiere 4.1 to idempeire 8.2. 

I have tried the sql idempieere 8.2 script in the migration folder but it got some errors like duplicate keys. is there anyone who can give enlightenment?

How is the correct way?

Hi,

you should use the script util/RUN_SyncDB.sh to upgrade your database. This will apply all upgrade scripts which are not applied until now.
