CConnection.getDatabase: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Could not initialise Hikari Datasource

Hello Everyone,

I'm working with idempiere 13 development on eclipse, after doing all the required as per

the documentation, i keep getting the following message in eclipse console

CConnection.getDatabase: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Could not initialise Hikari Datasource [28]

I tried to connect to idempiere database server from mac terminal and everything went fine,

but cant figure out the reason for this issue, would appreaciate all the help.
