I've build the model event alternative ( http://wiki.idempiere.org/en/Developing_Plug-Ins_-_Model_Events ) and didn't bother to build the osgi factory for modelvalidator :)

You are welcome to add that.

Never mind my question. I didn't saw the OSGi pattern was already implemented in Core.java. :)
