hi,

technically it is possible to select/share same lot for multiple products. but the question is this logically ok can system handle this on each modules (costing etc.)

e.g. i receive the next 3 products with  same lot no (in my case project1).
P1 - window - lot=project1
P2 - key       lot=project1
P3 - shelf       lot=project1

then i'm able to make reporting on the storage for 1 lot - > list all products with same lot (project1)

does anybody using lots this way ?
is this valid or opposite to denied this avoid mess-up data ?

Hi:

Product has some Non-Instance Attributes as color, size just like your case project.
Many products have the same attribute like color , I think system dont mess up.

hi,

thanks.
sure i know this. i'm talking about instance-able attribute sets, they are bit different from generic attributes.

Yes, if project is an instance attribute .

AFAIK Lot costing method is in list box and its some fixed bugs are
be seen in commit . but I hadnt tested it and want more implement
guide details too.
