1.How to set initial cost? 2. How to create orders automaticaly? Libero manufacturing

Hello!  I'm already suffering for a couple of days.

1. I want to start not from the scratch but from some date and I already have some cost at this moment. I need to set this cost manualy but i cant find plase/process where i can do it.

2. I dont undestand how to automatiticaly create M orders when the produsing has several clause, for example:

final item - a table, BOM - a countertop -1, legs-4, screws-8.

first prodused an intermediate item  - a countertop, BOM - plywood - 1, lacquer -1

second prodused an intermediate item  - a leg, BOM - wooden block- 1

initial items - purchased

I enter M order and then the program must count quantuty and must offer to create requisitions or M orders for intermediate items and requisitions for purchased items.

And it must take into account quantity for MO for intermediate items too.

But i see only report the component check. I must create orders manualy?
