Register BOM line process takes a long time

Hi community,

I'm facing a problem is that when I register BOM line by both method(upload csv file and input each record then save on window), the sreen show "Processing..." only and during this time I can't do anything such as search menu. This status can last for hours.

Not almost BOM line like this, some BOM line still can upload successfully.

If I register by running SQL directly on Postgres it's so fast

So how can I overcome this prolem? Is my data BOM line wrong somewhere or are there missing logic conditions in model and process related to pp_product_bom, pp_product_bomline?

Hi, when asking questions like this, please always specify the iDempiere version that you are using, whether you have made any customizations

and installation of any third party modules.

Sorry for the omission.

I use Idempiere verion 4.1, for model pp_product_bom pp_product_bomline I don't make any changes and keep it as.

Can you reproduce the error at test.idempiere.com/webui ? If not, that's probably the bug with the version of iDempiere that you are using.

Unfortunately the version of test environment of Idempiere is newer than my one(11>>4.1) so I can't show.

you can setup a instance of core version 4.1 on your local to confirm that
